Privacy policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains what TFS LLC (“we”), operator of AI Money Brief and aimoneybrief.com, collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you subscribe, plus basic signup details (date, the page you signed up on, and campaign tags such as UTM parameters).
- Email engagement, such as whether an issue was opened or a link was clicked, which our email provider records.
- Website usage, through cookies or similar technologies, if analytics or advertising pixels are enabled (for example, the Meta Pixel to measure our ads).
- Anything you send us, such as replies, feature pitches, or sponsor inquiries.
How we use it
- To send the newsletter and the resources you asked for
- To understand which content is useful and improve it
- To measure our marketing and show relevant ads on other platforms
- To reply to you and run sponsorships
We never sell your email address.
Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run the newsletter and website, including:
- beehiiv (email delivery and subscriber management)
- Our website host
- SparkLoop (newsletter recommendations after signup), if enabled
- Meta (ad measurement), if enabled
If you choose to subscribe to a newsletter we recommend, your email is shared with that publisher only with your consent at that step.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing newsletter@aimoneybrief.com.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
If you're in the EU, UK, or a US state with privacy laws (such as California), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing and to opt out of targeted advertising. Contact us to use them.
Retention and security
We keep subscriber data while you're subscribed and for a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize it. We use reputable providers and limit access to people who need it.
Children
AI Money Brief is not intended for anyone under 16.
